Voices of Worship (VOW) began in 2022 as a one-off pop-up choir worship event and has since grown into a vibrant community experience. In 2026, VOW evolves into a weekly choir programme running over one term, culminating in a powerful Easter Saturday concert.
VOW offers a unique opportunity for those with a passion for worship to come together and lift their voices in harmony. Each vocal workshop blends musical growth with fellowship — exploring harmony, technique, and expression in a relaxed and welcoming environment. The sessions are open to all singing abilities (ages 16+).
During the term, participants will join a vocal group and learn tailored harmonies to a selection of contemporary and traditional worship songs. Along the way, you’ll build confidence, refine your vocal skills, and connect with like-minded people who share your heart for worship.
The journey concludes with a live concert performance, where the choir takes the stage alongside a full band to celebrate and share the music created together.
VOW is made up of a team from different church backgrounds who all share a vision for collective worship across all denominations and a passion for expressing this through music.
“Because your love is better than life, my lips will glorify you. I will praise you as long as I live, and in your name I will lift up my hands. I will be fully satisfied as with the richest of foods; with singing lips my mouth will praise you.”
PSALM 63:3-5 (NIV)
