2nd VOW Event
We had a wonderful time on Saturday 17th June at St Philip’s Church, Palm Bay. The afternoon kicked off with an opportunity for choir members to get to know one another before an energised vocal warm up. The workshop session was informal and friendly as the choir members learnt several songs in harmony, accompanied by keyboard and guitar. The sound was incredible as it filled the auditorium. Tea, coffee and biscuits were available during the afternoon break, which encouraged the chance to chat with new people and others who shared a love for singing and worshiping.
A highlight of the workshop was a “presentation of self” session where everyone was shown practical ways to move physically in worship using the Armour of God as a basis for movement.
More people arrived for our evening event which was spirit filled and full of wonderful songs, sharing of testimonies and encouragement. Our proposed date for our next event is Saturday 18th November / Sunday 19th November.
